It really bothers me how the SBMA had been acting these days. After the golf course takeover fiasco, the Hanjin controversy, now they give the Hanafil a Lease and Development contract for the Subic Bay Golf Course even though they know the case is still pending in the Court of Appeal and until the decision is made by the Court of Appeal the status quo still remains.
